How do I accept a request via text notification?

Easy! Text is the fastest way to accept Requests, which are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

When there is an open request, you’ll receive a notification like this:

To sign up:

• tap the link provided, and accept the request from the Swing website (you may be directed to our legacy site so please login with your credentials to access the request)

• Or reply to the message with the given keyword. ( sub 0a2f in the sample image above)

When you are confirmed, you’ll get a confirmation text.

What about multi-day or long-term assignments?

Use the provided link on your phone or computer. (You cannot sign up for these types of assignments via text.)
